In 2018, JMP 150-174 Essex Street, LLC was listed as
the 6th highest principal property taxpayer in Lodi. See table below:
That was before JMP received a $7,285,000 reduction in assessment
and $216,765.15 tax refund.
The mayor and council should have explained the impact
of this big tax break as they were approving the resolution.
As soon as Tony Luna retired as borough manager, he
began being paid by JMP and acting like a lobbyist.
