As Anheuser-Busch Lays off Hundreds of U.S. Workers, It Still Makes it a Priority to Fund Jospeh Lagana's Political Campaigns (from Washington D.C.)...

Almost all of Joseph Lagana’s campaign contributions come from outside of his legislative district.  That says everything.

Joseph Lagana is mindless and robotic- completely controlled by special interest groups and lobbyists who pay for his meals every night at expensive restaurants and for his regular trips to the Borgata.

Lodi Borough Manager, Marc Schrieks, Stole a Town Vehicle and Parked It At the Beach...

Coniglio taught Marc well. This is an abuse of public office and a misuse of public funds.

Lodi Taxpayers can't make ends meet. It's not their responsibility to pay for Marc Schrieks personal vacations to Ortley Beach.

Once Again, Phil Murphy Has Intervened to Cover Up the Campaign Finance Violations of Donald Scorzetti and the Luna Council....

Link to news story from today:

https://newjerseymonitor.com/2023/07/25/new-jerseys-election-watchdog-dumps-107-cases-after-controversial-law-cuts-investigative-time/

There were pending ELEC complaints against Donald Scorzetti, Dominic Miller, and four current members of the Lodi Mayor and council.

There was overwhelming evidence submitted that all named above committed multiple campaign finance violations.

Phil Murphy and his administration dragged out the complaints for years and then passed a new law to have them dismissed based on time limits.

Our government is corrupt at all levels. Our government doesn't serve the people. Our government serves corrupt politicians.

"Has your municipality adopted a vehicle use policy prohibiting personal use of municipal vehicles...?" Lodi: YES

Personal Use of a Municipal Vehicle

 2013 Certified Answer

2016 Certified Answer

2018 Certified Answer

State aid was contingent on Lodi’s answers to an annual “Best Practices” questionnaire administered by the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs.  Lodi was required to answer honestly, and those answers had to be certified as true by numerous Lodi officials.

Every year from 2013 on, Lodi answered, “YES”, that it had a policy prohibiting personal use of municipal vehicles. A few examples are shown above.  The answer was always consistent and always "YES".

Those answers were certified as true and accurate by Debra Ciliento.  They were certified by Anthony Luna.  They were certified by Charles Cuccia.  They were certified by Vincent Caruso.  They were presented and discussed at public work sessions and accepted by Marc Schrieks, Emil Carafa, Vinny Martin, Bruce Masopust, Scott Luna, Joe Leto, Albert DiChiara, Patricia Licata, Laura Cima, and Paula Fiduccia.  Lodi Police Chief Donald Scorzetti has been long aware of the certified answers and policies as he was violating them.

Those were all lies, and they are all liars.  Fraud was committed because State Aid was at stake and public officials intentionally lied on official documents that were dated, signed, and certified.

When you see Marc Schrieks parking a municipal vehicle each year at the beach or Donald Scorzetti driving around his family and friends at the shore or by a bar, there is no question that violations are occurring, and the Lodi taxpayers are being robbed.

Instead of Implementing Best Practices for Municipalities, Marc Schrieks Would Routinely Lie on the State Questionnaire...

When questioned at public meetings, Marc Schrieks always had a “knee-jerk” reaction to answer dishonestly.

The state asked municipalities to implement a list of best practices in order to save tax dollars, be transparent, etc.  As mayor, Marc Schrieks had no interest in saving tax dollars.  He fought all efforts for transparency.  Marc Schrieks blatantly lied to the state to conceal the fact that Lodi had really bad practices.

"However, this report is a matter of public record and its distribution is not limited." -Auditor's Management Report

There is no question that a public audit is public record.  The auditor’s report begins with that clear statement.

With the support and orders from Nancy Cardone, Matthew Giacobbe and his politician run law firm have been illegally withholding and illegally redacting public record for years and billing the Lodi taxpayers excessively in the process

Matthew Giacobbe is knowingly and purposing violating the law to remove all transparency and drive up his bills.  Matthew Giacobbe is handling the letters responding to OPRA requests.  Look at the stupid response and excuse that was provided to me below after Matthew Giacobbe had the district illegally redact every finding and recommendation from a basic public audit.  How can any school board or mayor and council use someone like Matthew Giacobbe and his hack attorneys?

In a clear acknowledgement of its OPRA violations, the district turned over two unredacted public audits from 2021 and 2022 (linked below):

The Lodi Police Chief, Donald Scorzetti, Can't Even Take a Personal Vehicle When Visiting the Bar...

The vehicle is Borough property. Lodi taxpayers are paying all expenses.

A violation of Lodi's insurance policy. And a violation of public trust.

Teflon Don could care less about the poor optics because he knows the Mayor and Council will always cover for his bad behavior.

Ask Donald Scorzetti if he took the Borough vehicle to Vinny Martin's fundraisers.

Phil Murphy Booed Off the Stage. Very Embarassing and Much Deserved.

Link to video:

https://twitter.com/MattRooneyNJ/status/1677826570084294666?s=20

It has recently come to light that Phil Murphy had damning reports about Lodi's Municipal Government hidden from the public. The Comptroller's Office, under a Phil Murphy appointment, asked for additional time to prepare all the records. After exhausting its deadline extensions, it listed a really bad excuse to not hand over any records.

I have emails from investigators within the Comptroller's Office stating an investigation was taking place in Lodi and many wrongdoings were discovered. They reached out to me for years with questions about information I had posted on this blog. I had refrained from sharing information they were providing me because I assumed (wrongly) that the Comptroller's Office was a legitimate agency serving the public interest.

The Comptroller's investigation into Lodi began in April 2014 and was ongoing when Murphy was Elected Governor in 2017. No reports were made public and Phil Murphy currently has his administration hiding all records from the public.

People recognize what type of person Phil Murphy is and how badly he runs this Corrupt State.  That is why he gets booed and heckled wherever he goes but especially at Restaurants in his own neighborhood.

Life is One Big Beach Party for Donald Scorzetti as the Lodi Taxpayers Fund Every Personal Expense of His Lavish Lifestyle…

CURRENT PHOTO
MORE SCORZETTI WASTE, ABUSE, AND FRAUD
ALL EXPENSES PAID BY THE LODI TAXPAYERS

I hear everyday from Lodi residents that they can’t afford a vacation this year.  With the high inflation, many can’t afford to throw barbecues.  These same struggling Lodi taxpayers are paying every expense for Donald Scorzetti’s big, gas guzzling Tahoe for PERSONAL USE.  They are paying for all of Donald Scorzetti’s gas for PERSONAL USE.  They are paying for the Tahoe and all of its gas as Donald Scorzetti spends his time in Toms River and not in Lodi.

It was never the Lodi taxpayer’s responsibility to pay for these personal expenses.  Just ask Lodi’s insurance carrier or the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs.  The Lodi Police Chief has no problem violating policies and having the Lodi Mayor and Council cover for him and lie for him.

Donald Scorzetti can't respond to a Lodi emergency in his big Tahoe when he is hours away and has his family and friends riding along.  What would happen if someone were involved in an accident when they don't work for the Borough and have no business being in a Borough vehicle?  Who would pick up the bill if the insurance carrier is not providing that coverage?

Last year, so many people were infuriated after reading the two posts below and seeing the photos for themselves.  They should be infuriated.

Lodi By The Numbers: Residents of Lodi Can't Afford Their Own Gas. So Why Are Lodi Taxpayers Paying for Donald Scorzetti's Gas Guzzling Tahoe, Unlimited Gas for His Own Personal Use (and for the Personal Use of His Family and Friends), and for His Constant Trips to His Shore House? (Post Date: August 19, 2022) (lodioverhaul.blogspot.com)

Lodi By The Numbers: After All the Photos and Criticism of Donald Scorzetti’s Abuses, Lodi Borough Manager Marc Schrieks is Caught Doing the Same Thing (and Violating the Same Policies in Which He Was Investigated When He Was Mayor) … (lodioverhaul.blogspot.com)

The Lodi taxpayers should be ever more infuriated this year because nothing was corrected from last year.

Lodi Deserves a Police Chief that Doesn't Violate Borough Policies to Satisfy His Need for Greed...

The Lodi Mayor and Council approve Scorzetti contracts that contradict Lodi's insurance carrier.  The Lodi mayor and council approve Scorzetti contracts that contradict Lodi's CFO's written responses to the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs.  The Lodi mayor and council approve Scorzetti contracts that contradict statements that Alan Spiniello has made at public meetings regarding personal use of Borough vehicles.

People like Vinny Martin will say that Scorzetti's contract allows him to travel anywhere on the globe without anyone he chooses for any purpose not business related or having anything to do with the Borough.  He says that because he put that language in the contract knowing that it contradicts everything listed above.

The only thing the Lodi Mayor and Council and Scorzetti have going for them is Phil Murphy and his administration are just as corrupt as Lodi's.  Murphy's State agencies are totally useless and spend more time covering up for corrupt politicians than investigating crimes.

It Sounds Like the White House Has Turned into Vinny Martin's Strip Club...
