Phil Murphy is Using Public Funds to Distribute Propoganda With His Picture Within 90 Days of His Election...
Five minutes ago, someone being paid by the State of New Jersey rang my door bell, handed me a door knocker with Phil Murphy's image, and asked me if I have been vaccinated.
I politely told the woman that I don't trust the government because they have been completely dishonest regarding the experimental vaccines. I also informed her that the vaccines aren't working because everyone knows fully vaccinated people that are sick with covid.
There is no question that that the people knocking on the doors and Murphy's literature are funded by the State of New Jersey and not Phil Murphy's political campaign. We are within 90 days of an Election. Phil Murphy's image and quote are spotlighted on the propoganda.
Phil Murphy should reimburse the State for all costs associated with his self-promotion within 90 days of his Election.

Sunlight is the Best Disinfectant. Nobody Has Done More to Block Sunlight (Hide Public Records) than Phil Murphy.
Lodi residents are seeing its Superintendent Douglas Petty and the Matthew Giacobbe lawyers blocking all types of public records (legal bills, budgets, separation agreements, non-confidential emails, etc.) from the public. There is less transparency now than there was four years ago. It's not even close.
The aforementioned have been emboldened to violate the Open Public Records Act because they have seen Phil Murphy violate all laws. Phil Murphy stated that the Bill of Rights is above his pay grade. Apparently, so was the Open Public Records Act.
When you have public officials using public funds and hiding records, all trust is lost. It means someone is stealing and you are paying.

People That Haven't Taken the Experimental Vaccines Don't Want the Experimental Vaccines...
People that don't want to be human guinea pigs should not comply with Phil Murphy. Forced experimental covid vaccinations are not part of any labor agreements.
Many have been killed by the shot. Many have been left paralyzed and unable to work. Single mothers have been killed by the shot, leaving their children without any parents. Teenagers have been killed by the shot. Phil Murphy could care less as he sits in his 10 Million dollar villa in Italy.
Long term effects of many prior government vaccines include specific cancers and Alzeheimers appearing ten or fifteen years from taking the vaccine. Government reports have shown direct links. Look it up yourself. Nobody knows the long term effects of mnra vaccines being they were never used before on humans.
Phil Murphy is owned and controlled by the NJEA. School employees should demand that the NJEA order Murphy to end vaccine mandates. If the NJEA does not represent you, pull your money and membership.
Once you give in to any Phil Murphy order, he moves on to the next. He will not be satisfied until he kills everyone and everything. After forcing experimental vaccines on school staff, he will move on to the young students.
Lodi's superintendent and all board members should be leading a fight against these tyrannical mandates. Their silence is deafening.

Currently, Lodi Borough Hall still requires masks and temperature checks from visitors paying their property taxes and permit fees.
Those running Lodi benefitted so much financially and personally from lockdowns that they never want to return to normalcy. They even created a full time job for Tracy Decarlo Caroselli to stand at a door.
Data shows that COVID cases increased in states and countries once mask mandates were implemented.
People that want to wear masks should wear masks. People that don't want to wear masks shouldn't wear masks. Government has no right infringing on others people's health choices and personal freedoms.

What are Douglas Petty and Dennis Frohnapfel Trying to Hide in their 2021-2022 School Budget?
Background: For the second year in a row since Douglas
Petty became Lodi superintendent, his office is trying to withhold a copy of
the “Detailed Budget” from being released to the public even after it was
officially requested via the Open Public Records Act. Last year, after a long battle, I received a
copy of the “Detailed Budget Appropriations and Revenues 2020-2021 School Year”. This year, Douglas Petty and his Interim Business Administrator Dennis Frohnapfel (who had many problems in many
districts) took their deceipt to a new level.
Both are claiming that a “Detailed Budget” does not exist. They are also alleging that not one board
of education member was provided a copy of the detailed 2021-2022 budget before
they voted to approve and raise Lodi property taxes. How can you have a “budget committee”
without a detailed budget? How can 9 BOE
members all vote on a budget without ever seeing what’s in it? Even Capizzi and Quatrone provided board
members with a detailed budget.
The detailed budget is not for me. It’s for the public. It’s one of the most
viewed public records on this blog so there is an interest in it. It’s public funds. It belongs to the public.
Below is an email exchange showing what you are
dealing with in Lodi. Douglas Petty,
Matthew Giacobbe, the overpaid interims, and a disengaged board have set Lodi
back greatly in the transparency area.
It is a battle to receive any public records today in Lodi, and when you
do, they are full of illegal redactions.
Lodi deserves better. Lodi deserves
a superintendent and board that serves the public and promotes transparency. Lodi deserves a superintendent and board capable
of hiring a competent BA (and not just double-dipping, pension collecting interim
that is never held accountable for his temporary stints).

Please refer to James Sekelsky's emails from last year.
Someone in your office tried to pull the same thing last year before James
Sekelsky personally delivered me a copy of the detailed budget for
2020-21. By law, you are required to post a user friendly budget. I
already had access to that. I submitted an OPRA request for the "detailed
budget"- a public record that I have been receiving for years. You are
aware that there is a very big difference from what I requested and what I
received. You may not want the public to see your budget but that does not
allow you to claim that it doesn't exist.
To claim that a "detailed budget" doesn't exist
for the first year ever, you are alleging that all 9 BOE members blindly
approved a 70 million dollar budget without ever seeing what's in it. You are
alleging that your user friendly budget is based on nothing- you just pulled
numbers out of the air.
You and the interim BA get paid very well. You are paid with
public funds and are supposed to serve the public. Instead of looking for
reasons to withhold public information, you should aim to be more transparent.
Please review my email exchange with James Sekelsky from
last year before he provided me a copy. If you do not have those emails,
I can forward them to you at your request.
