“…it is their mutual desire to drop their respective actions against Mr. Curioni.” (November 13, 2017)

Notice how the letter is dated one day after the election.

The ethics complaints were a desperate attempt to silence opposition.

They were a ploy to distract voters during election time.

The complaints were going nowhere.

The State did not find probable cause against me.

The burden was completely on Miller and Licata moving forward.

Why they were being represented by the PBA attorney, nobody knows.

Miller and Licata did themselves a favor by choosing to drop their actions.

I Exposed Nancy Cardone's Corrupt Hiring Practices and Lodi is Better Off Because of It...

If I hadn’t exposed the Cardone group’s unfair hiring practices in January and February of 2018, Nancy Cardone’s sister-in-law would have been made principal of Columbus School a few months later.

During the first month that Nancy Cardone returned to the board (after resigning during her prior stint to get her niece a teaching job in the Lodi schools), Cardone voted to hire her running mate’s girlfriend for a position that was never advertised.  Nancy Cardone runs for this and has no shame.  Unfortunately for Nancy Cardone, there was a backlash from the public after the newspapers began reporting on her corrupt hiring practices.  If Nancy Cardone got her sister-in-law the Columbus School principal position in the Spring of 2018, the corrupt political machine knew more ethics complaints would follow. And likely more news stories.

After I filed the ethics complaint, Lodi secretary positions and others began being posted for the very first time.  I believe this is a good thing.  Hopefully, all hiring practices are fairer and positions are better advertised when the current interim administrators are replaced.

Nancy Cardone is furious that I exposed the rigged system that every member of her family benefits.  People that view our board meetings comment on how Nancy Cardone and her sister-in-law are full of such hate and rage.  They are hateful and full of rage because they believe the Cardone Family is “ENTITLED” to more than one Lodi principal position.  They believe that their political campaign activities should trump the hard work, professionalism, and intelligence of qualified employees.
