Tony Luna signed over public property (Lodi Green Acres) to his son for $1…

Post Date: May 20, 2015

Many people have a hard time understanding how Mr. Luna was able to sign away public property to a family member for one dollar, when as of today, that property still shows up as Green Acres property on the NJDEP website.  It’s Block 154, Lot 56 and 5/20/2009 was a year after Mr. Luna signed it away.  Another page says the above information was updated 6/24/14, six years after Mr. Luna signed it away.

How could Green Acres property have been subdivided and given away simply with the council passing Ordinance 808-21?

Wouldn’t it be a conflict of interest for Mr. Luna to sign public land over to a family member?  Who made him “Grantor”?  Luna always believed that he owned Lodi, but he took things to a whole new level.
