Joseph Lagana doesn't go into his own pockets for anything. Instead he launders his special interest money into Lodi's NONPARTISAN BOE Elections.
A few observations:
Lagana’s campaign account gave money to “Children
First” days before the November 6th election yet “Children First” didn’t report it until December
14th which violates reporting requirements.
The October 26th report shows Lodi’s “Children
First” as the only Board of Education campaign receiving campaign cash from
Lagana’s campaign account. The other contributions
go to Democrat committees for mayor and council. This further shows the politicization and corruption of the Lodi schools.
"Children First" reported the campaign cash as a contribution from Joe Lagana the individual. That clearly is not the case.

A few things regarding the rest of Lagana’s October 26th
report:
It’s sick the amount of money Lagana takes from
corrupt lobbyists and special interest groups buying influence and engaging in
pay-to-play.
It’s sick the amount money that is spent on a
legislative race that only covers 13 towns.
It says a lot about Lagana that he uses his dirty
campaign cash to even pay for all of his meals.
He has pages and pages of payments to himself.
