Quatrone's deceit cost Lodi taxpayers $400,000 on architect plans for an unnecessary administration building. Joe Leto rewarded him with a 20% raise.

Look at some of the deceitful quotes Quatrone gave to the papers knowing all along that the Lincoln administration building was structurally sound and in good overall condition:

“Due to "the lack of any professional guarantee of the long-term safety of the building occupants, a decision was made to build a new facility after considering cost and other factors related to the structural integrity of the building," Quatrone said.”

Please read that quote a few times.  It was calculated.  It was cunning.

We often look at the two most vocal supporters of the $8M sham- Mike Nardino and Joe Licata but overlook the actions and statements by Frank Quatrone.

Frank Quatrone is quoted in the 2016 article above as well articles before that intentionally lying about the structural report.  Quatrone was not an innocent bystander serving at the mercy of the Capizzis and corrupt board members.

Frank Quatrone pulled strings.  Frank Quatrone called the shots.  Frank Quatrone cost Lodi taxpayers $400,000 for architect plans.

Joe Leto who never did one thing to fight the sham now states that he and his family were not for the project.

Joe Leto voted to give Frank Quatrone a 20% raise for being dishonest and spearheading the project.

Their level of dishonest is astonishing.

As Lodi Councilman, Marc Schrieks billed the Lodi taxpayers for hotel rooms in Atlantic City…

Was Marc learning any good practices from his time in Atlantic City?  Of course not.  These were his practices:

His time in Atlantic City was never about municipal business.  Marc Schrieks was attending lavish parties thrown by those receiving NO BID contracts from Lodi.  Marc admitted to attending some parties while lying about others.  Schrieks’ borough hall was pay-to-play on steroids.  Marc was receiving something in return for awarding and signing NO BID contracts.

Schrieks could have gone to AC for the day or paid for the hotel rooms with his own money as almost all elected officials do.  In fact, his hotel bills stopped appearing  after I questioned the mayor and council in 2012.  Marc knew what he was doing was wrong but only stopped after he was exposed.

Schrieks took complete advantage of the Lodi taxpayers.  He violated public trust.

Borough bills are available for September…

Check out the borough’s legal bills for one month (not including attorneys for Planning Board or Zoning Board).  These are the most political and expensive attorneys around.  They charge more to recoup all of their campaign contributions.  Lodi has Alan Spiniello and two political firms to do the job of one Borough Attorney.
