Caruso is currently receiving a $144,646 salary as Lodi borough manager
while simultaneously receiving a $124,944
public pension from his previous employment as Lodi police chief. That totals $269,590.
After walking away with $342,000 for
“unused” sick/vacation days, Caruso will be paid additionally for newly
accumulated days.
PRIDE “family and friends” don’t
just want to make a living off the Lodi taxpayers. They want to get rich off the backs of Lodi
taxpayers, a town where the median household income is $52,000.
