naming names, for allegedly discussing contract negotiations with students,
opting out of some long-planned events and “complaining to your children about
financial woes.”
“No activity is to be cancelled without a personal
discussion with and approval from the building administrator and teachers must
abide by their supervisor’s/administrators directives relative to their duties
during the school day,” Sargent wrote.”
