Tomorrow, Scott Luna, Emil Carafa, Bruce Masopust, and Mark Delmonaco are going to vote someone involved in cocaine and prostitution to be Lodi's "Deputy Mayor". They are also going to violate civil service regulations by hiring Vinny Martin's son as Lodi Police Officer (they were required to pass an Anti-Nepotism policy for the Lodi Police Department).

Apparently, all members of the Lodi Mayor and Council are one and the same because they want Vinny Martin to represent them and speak for them.
