Bob Marra should have some clue as to the rules and
regulations for Boards of Education. Why
hasn’t he provided any guidance to the Board as it continues to violate everything? Did he ever complete the required “elearning”
from the NJSBA during all his years on the Board?
The same goes for Nardino and Carbonetti who have been on the Board for years and are sitting on negotiation committees doing who knows what.
