They could just have written it on a napkin at one their family reunions.




Joe Leto said Board members didn’t have to read the LEA contract (2-75 page packets).  He said they could just have read the “Memorandum of Agreement” instead (6 pages of scribble).  He claimed the MOA was clear to read and that the handwriting wasn’t bad.  But then he went to the lawyer to try to keep it from being made public.

After the contract was approved before members could read it, "Nepotism Nancy" Cardone disrupted the order of the meeting and made a speech kissing up to union.  She voted on a contract in which her daughter-in-law, sister-in-law, and niece were all members of the bargaining unit.
