Neither Frank Quatrone nor any of the six Board
members provided an answer to the School Ethics Commission by the deadline. Twenty days came and went.
This is the problem with group think and “machine” control. Nobody can function or act on their own.
The complaint involves the "Doctrine of Necessity" used for Mr. Quatrone's contract.
Disregarding the SEC’s deadline shows that Mr. Quatrone and his voting block still believe that they are untouchable. They have gotten away with so much for so long, they believe they are above the law. They believe rules don’t apply to them. Deadlines don’t apply to them.
Mr. Quatrone
and his voting block are trying to rush and approve contracts before their
violations are noticed and addressed.

I can understand a Joe Licata, a Dominic Miller, or a
Joe Leto ignoring filing deadlines. But
the public should expect a little bit more from public employees making over
$200,000. The “Acting Police Chief” isn’t
capable of providing an answer in 20 days?
How about the Superintendent?
