Sorry, this doesn’t justify the Superintendent's $191,723 for unused sick days…

I requested the following: “Please forward me any documentation in your possession being used to justify Mr. Quatrone's proposed unused sick day payout.

Tonight, I finally received something.  Click on the link below:

The cover page claims that this was an employment contract for 2006-2007 through 2010-2011.  But the last page is an attendance calendar for the 2017-2018 school year.  I find it suspect that the complete contract for that time period was not included.

There is no evidence that an agreement existed between the Superintendent and the Board regarding Mr. Quatrone's actual number of accumulated days and their rate valued as of June 8, 2007.  No agreement ever appeared in any contracts thereafter.

What does appear?

I really question the legality of promising a public employee dental benefits after retirement until their 70th birthday.

What else was the corrupt Board giving away when nobody was looking?

Lodi’s high taxes didn’t happen by chance.  Lodi pays a corruption tax.

Click below to see what the Board wants to give away as it raises your taxes tomorrow:

There is no way Mr. Quatrone could have accumulated 212 sick days from the time he became Superintendent until the law capping sick days took effect.  It would be crazy for a Board to pay him for days as a Gym teacher at a rate of a Superintendent in the year 2018 or beyond.  Besides, that would have to be spelled out each of his contracts.  It isn’t.

Haven't other school employees received a lot less for unused sick days after the caps went into effect?  How is the Superintendent any different if his supposed special arrangements were never spelled out in any contracts approved after the law took effect?
