The selection of police chief shouldn’t be dependent
on campaign contributions and quid pro quos.
The Mayor and Council have clearly demonstrated that
they are incapable of being fair and impartial.
If someone doesn't serve as a puppet candidate to the Mayor and Council for a Board of Education election, they can never become police chief?
