The publication cited recent Advisory Opinion A28-17. That opinion came about from a request submitted by Al Mastrofilipo Jr. and myself.

Frank Quatrone, Marc Capizzi, and Alisa DiChiara were wrong then.  They are wrong now.  Board puppets are used by those three and then discarded when they get in trouble.
