Some things on tonight’s agenda:
The Board plans to raise taxes 2.08% despite the fact
it is receiving $2,100,000 more in State Aid.
The Board plans to increase Frank Quatrone’s base
salary $33,016 or 20% after violating everything during the negotiations process.
The Board plans to approve a contract for Quatrone which
violates multiple State statues and will have to be challenged after the vote.
The Board plans to pay Alisa DiChiara for “legal”
opinions that have not been provided to Board members even after requests were
placed. Many of those opinions were to
favor Quatrone, an area where DiChiara must recuse herself because of her
obvious conflicts of interest. Ms. DiChiara can't be the driving force behind Quatrone's contract when she has so many relatives working underneath him.
The Board plans to wrongfully use “doctrine of necessity” again.
