· Many
residents in the area did not receive notice of tonight’s hearing (required by
law).
· The
applicant’s team didn’t even touch upon the environmental issues.
· The applicant’s team claims they have
no idea who the tenants will be.
· The
applicant’s civil engineer was all over the place when questioned about
inadequate parking spaces and the area proposed for trailers. Residential streets will likely end of as the
parking area.
· Trudy
Drive and Red Stone Lane would be affected by the sewer flow.
· Garibaldi
Ave. would be negatively impacted by increased traffic.
· The
applicant’s attorney showed no respect for the residents of Lodi. She came across as untrustworthy and
combative.
· The
applicant’s traffic engineer spoke as though the people in the room were
stupid. His estimates made no sense. He claimed that warehouses and offices really
don’t require many employees anymore.
· Nobody
from the applicant’s team spoke about or showed an interest in how the project
would affect the residential homes touching the property.
