This letter was sent to all Board members at 8 Hunter
Street. I receive letters like this all
the time sent to my home address. A serious problem exists.
What I am about to say has nothing to do with the
person chosen for the Principal position.
It has to do with the hiring practices of the district under the
leadership of Mr. Quatrone, Mr. Capizzi, and the Board members that can’t act
or think for themselves.
The person that submitted this letter is not wrong. The
hiring practices of this district are not fair.
When people are called in for interviews, the process is “fake”. It’s a sham, a farce.
I have seen exceptional resumes of applicants that
were never even called in for interviews.
I have seen exceptional resumes of applicants that are called in for
interviews and never given a fair chance.
One year ago, Frank Quatrone, Alyssa DiChiara, and
some Board members were fighting to conceal resumes from two concerned Board
members. That said a lot.
An apology is owed to all applicants that took off from
their jobs to attend an interview and never stood a chance.
