I am posting my response pertaining to an ethics
complaint because the public has the right to know what was going on behind the
scenes before the Board approved Quatrone’s illegal contract last Wednesday.
At the April 25th meeting, Quatrone and the Board members he controls committed
more ethics violations and took illegal actions. Their
behavior is getting worse, not better.
Their ethics violations are costing the Lodi taxpayers. They knowingly commit violations, run to
attorneys, and bill Lodi instead of going into their own pockets. If they used their own money, they probably
wouldn’t be so reckless and arrogant.
The State must understand the severity of the
situation and start providing some form of oversight. The problem is only getting worse.
