This story made it to the papers.  Most don’t.  How often do Board members and administrators accept gifts from vendors and others receiving NO BID contracts from school districts? 

Sometimes projects don’t make sense.  Sometimes NO BID contracts don’t make sense.  Taxpayers should be concerned that things aren’t always on the up and up.
