This week the Mayor and Council amended a NO BID
contract for one of its big campaign contributors (Florio firm), increasing the
amount from $55,000 to $80,000.

Please keep in mind that the Lodi taxpayers pay Borough
Attorney Alan Spiniello $210,000 for part-time, limited legal work. Alan Spiniello also has a NO BID,
non-competitive contract and has contributed a lot of cash to members of the
Mayor and Council.
All these political firms are a
serious drain on a small town like Lodi.
Lodi cannot afford the pay-to-play abuses of Mayor Carafa and this
council.
