It’s so sad and unfortunate that Joe Leto and Vinny
Martin try to make everything about politics and themselves.
All public meetings should be taped. That brings about transparency. For years, I attended council meetings asking
this administration to video record their meetings and post the videos on the borough
website. Most normal communities have
been doing that for years. This mayor
and council refused to consider my suggestion.

and play it on public access for years thereafter. But this mayor and council refuse to tape
their meetings.
Joe Leto was the president of the Lodi BOE last
year. Not once did he suggest that the
BOE video record its meetings and post them on the district website. I have been suggesting it since I joined the
board in January 2017. I have been raising the issue each month since the most recent BOE Reorgorzantion. Mr. Quatrone
reported at this week’s meeting that he and the tech department are working on
the initiative.

“Lodi Live” is a cell phone. Joe Leto has a cell phone. He can’t put his down. Vinny Martin has a cell phone. He drives around with one in his hand.
Everyone knows that Al M would have taped the meeting
if he could have last night. He
volunteers at all events where he can.
Vinny Martin took a cheap shot. It was uncalled for. But that’s Vinny Martin. And that’s why it’s time to send him packing.
