Right after Lodi learned about a new made up title “Recreational
Lead” with a $50,000 starting salary, I began receiving emails with bold
predictions. Lodi residents had emailed:
“don’t be surprised if Scott Luna and Joe Leto run with the Carafa team to
protect Garrett’s new position and guarantee another big pay raise following the
Election.”
Those predictions may turn out to be true. Scott
Luna is Garrett’s father. Joe Leto
is one of Garrett’s best friends.
The night that the corrupt political machine made Joe Leto BOE president (his
first day on the board), Garrett Luna took to social media to congratulate Joe
Leto whom he described as “one of his best friends”.
Those that run to benefit their relatives and “best
friends” financially are running for the wrong reasons. And when they do it for so long, their
actions become very predictable.
