Every town council should pass a real ordinance banning
pay-to-play. The Lodi mayor and council
have refused to curb their pay-to-play abuses.
Their actions have caused Lodi taxpayers to overpay hundreds of thousands
of dollars each year for inferior professional services. Pay-to-play is corruption. It's basically legalized bribes.
