As the Lodi politicians were using the South Bergen
Jointure as an excuse for years for Lodi's outrageous tax increases, these abuses were taking place. Lodi's Superintendent sat on the Board of Education at this school while this was taking place and
while this school was being used as the reason for Lodi's tax increases.
Lodi taxpayers are paying Lodi's superintendent a salary over $200,000 and paying the South Bergen's superintendent salary (through tuitions) which has been listed among the highest in the state.
