Staff appointments will be made this
Wednesday. We are approaching 48 hours
before the meeting and the public has not been provided an agenda showing which positions are being filled and by whom. Board members have not been provided a detailed
agenda. I have no knowledge of what I will be voting on in 48 hours. You would think an administration would want Board members to research what they are voting on.
"Staff appointments" is too general. The agenda must reasonably reflect the matters to be discussed. Capizzi's notice does NOT reasonably reflect the matters to be discussed.

Frank Quatrone and Marc Capizzi know
who will be hired this Wednesday. A
detailed agenda should be provided to the public at least 48 hours prior to the
meeting. Quatrone and Capizzi go out of their way to fight
all efforts for transparency.
