I have been saying for years that taxpayers are being
ripped off with “merit bonuses” being paid to Superintendents for performing basic
duties. No matter how bad their
districts perform, they always find a way to grab those bonuses. It says a lot about the Board members approving these payouts.
Once again you have to blame your State legislature
and Governors for allowing this abuse. You
have to blame your Executive County Superintendents whom are always asleep at the
wheel and not providing any oversight.
