We
are less than 24 hours before a meeting and Marc Capizzi has not provided me
with an agenda. He continues to violate
our bylaws.
Capizzi should be familiar with our bylaws by now and should not have to pay attorneys $160/hr to locate them for him. The district’s legal costs are way over
budget.
Marc Capizzi’s salary for this school year is
$175,118. The total cost for his contract
for this school year is $191,529.
Capizzi is being paid too much to not do his job.

respect for the residents of Lodi- those that pay their public salaries.
