"You must interview a candidate for a Board position in public session."


Today, I was notified that Joe Leto requested that the Board violate the Open Public Meetings Act and conduct interviews in “closed session” for the Board vacancy.

The anti-transparency Lodi politicians can read it and weep.


“The fact that the position filled is one which is normally voted upon by the public makes the public session even more compelling.”


The Lodi politicians spend all their time and energy fighting transparency instead of serving the public.
