Debra Kwapniewski and her attorney Gail Oxfeld filed a
ridiculous ethics complaint going after my first amendment rights.
There was a 3 PM telephone conference scheduled today for me,
Oxfeld, and the judge.
Gail Oxfeld
never made it to the phone.
I have emails showing Gail Oxfeld agreed to the date
and time.
The complaint is a joke. Oxfeld isn’t even taking it seriously.
D Kwap has cost the teachers a lot of money by
squandering their mandatory union dues on frivolous complaints.
D Kwap cost the district (Lodi taxpayers) a lot of
money. Tony Sciarrillo should send her a
big bouquet of flowers for all the money he made off of her actions. Look at this month’s legal bills.
D Kwap does the dirty work for the Lodi
politicians. She likes attention at
election time.
The
Lodi politicians undermined our district and taxpayers by putting Kwapniewski
up to this.
