public access.
The Lodi politicians were
doing it wrong for so long.
They put up quite a fight
yesterday.
Tonight,
they reversed course.
The law is clear. It popped right up with a simple google
search.
The politicians may still select their hand-picked applicant. But
the process won’t take place behind close doors this time.
