The Machine’s obsession with “doctrine of necessity”…

As you have noticed, the top priority of the Board (“Children First”) for this school year has NOT been education.  It has been manipulating “doctrine of necessity” for the financial benefit of themselves and their relatives.

But the Machine’s obsession was prevalent before the start of the school year.  It dominated the summer months as well.

As a salaried "employee?", Alisa DiChiara spent a lot of time researching “doctrine of necessity” and then issuing the wrong legal advice.  At the same time, Sciarrillo was also researching “doctrine of necessity” for $165/hr.  He submitted multiple bills throughout the summer.

I had questioned one of the bills dated August 8th for $440.  Sciarrillo spent almost three hours researching something that day. That research was withheld from Board members even after requested on multiple occasions.  However, it was provided to Mr. Quatrone.

It appears that Mr. Quatrone and Ms. DiChiara knew that Al Mastrofilipo and I were right about “doctrine of necessity” all along but forced us to seek an advisory opinion from the SEC anyway.  It bought them enough to time prevent any fair negotiations.
