If you read the Resolution above, you would probably say that the conflict listed for Donald Scorzetti is no big deal. That was the intent of this Resolution.
Donald’s big conflict (main conflict) doesn’t appear
on this Resolution.
Donald Scorzetti is employed by the Borough of Lodi. Lodi Councilwoman Patricia Licata is part of
the LEA bargaining unit.
Donald Scorzetti works under Vincent Quatrone. Frank Quatrone is the other bargaining unit.
I argued before the vote on this Resolution that
Scorzetti’s main conflict must be listed.
Otherwise, the Lodi BOE is deceiving the School Ethics Commission. The Board is required to list ALL conflicts
of interest.
What would the SEC think if they knew that Donald Scorzetti
is negotiating the contract for a councilwoman at the same time she is
negotiating his? How about that he is
negotiating the contracts for the mayor’s daughter and a councilman’s wife at
the same time they are negotiating his?
Donald Scorzetti voted for this Resolution against my
objections. He and five other Board
members are purposely deceiving the SEC.
Completely unethical. Unbefitting
of a Deputy Chief of Police.
