Lodi has a board attorney with a set salary. It has a second board attorney Anthony
Sciarillo that bills by the hour ($165/hr).
Certain people are treating Mr. Sciarillo as though he is their personal
attorney or an attorney for one of their political campaigns. They are using Mr. Sciarillo without board
authorization yet they are billing the Lodi tax payers. Thousands of tax dollars have been wasted on
matters that don’t benefit the district or even concern the district. It appears to be for political
retribution. Information is being concealed
from board members that vote on the bills.
Unacceptable!
