administration building without a public vote.

Some leftover Lodi politicians still want to use the money to
demolish and replace the structurally sound Lincoln school building.
The teachers' union is making its own grab for the $8M
stash.
The Lodi politicians and the union need to take a deep
breath.

start talking about education again.
