Why Dominic Miller needs to disclose his campaign contributors...



 
“Also, accountability regulations prohibit a board from voting on or awarding a contract of $17,500 or greater to any business entity which, during the preceding one-year period, made a reportable campaign contribution to a board member.  N.J.A.C.6A:23A-6.3.  A board violating the regulation could potentially lose state aid.”

Dominic Miller’s election was on November 8, 2016.  He still hasn’t reported his campaign contributions and expenditures.  It’s sad that his team had to spend so much money on a local school election.

The board has been awarding many contracts in excess of $17,500.  How do I know that the board is not violating accountability regulations (pay-to-play)?
