Health insurance is a lot more important than union dues…

The public constantly hears the union complain about money taken out of paychecks for health insurance contributions.  How about all the money taken out of paychecks for union dues? Let's hear about that.  Health insurance is a lot more important than union dues.

The union is living high on the hog off the backs of hard working middle class employees.

In 2013, the average compensation for the top five NJEA employees was $760,000.

Union dues are spent on political campaigns for politicians that you may not support.

Union dues are spent advocating leftist policies that you may not support.

Union dues are spent on high paid lobbyists.

Union dues are spent on expensive tickets to political fundraisers.

Union dues are all tax dollars.  Tax dollars pay employees.  The union forcibly takes its cut before it reaches the employee.

That sounds like a description of the mafia.  Unfortunately, that is the teachers’ union.
