Mr. Quatrone had more than a year to produce the work Mr. Sciarrillo did for his contract last summer.
Mr. Quatrone was asked to produce documents for many
other questionable invoices.
Formal requests were submitted for this information.
Months ago, bills were tabled until documents were
produced. No documents were produced. Four Board members voted to pay those bills
tonight. Yes votes- Lodi Police Chief
Donald Scorzetti, Leto, Marra, and Nardino.
At this point, Lodi taxpayers are left to believe that
Sciarrillo was either acting on Quatrone’s personal behalf or the work was not
done.
