At tonight’s meeting, Marc Capizzi recommended that
another committee be formed to discuss Lincoln School reports. It was the same conversation you heard in in
2015. Of course the word “repairs” was
thrown into the conversation as it was in 2015 so nobody would have knowledge of their plans for
demolition. “Repairs” would not have to be discussed by a shady committee in a
backroom where no records are kept.
The public needs to wake up. Demand that all conversations be discussed in public by the full Board and
records are always kept. Look at
how close this Board came to squandering $8M.
