The Board completely disregarded its by-laws for legal costs…

Quatrone, Capizzi, and their board members didn’t even come close to staying within their budgeted figures for legal services.  The Board never discussed any maximum dollar limits for each type of professional service.  The Board never voted to increase any limits.


The public has the right to know the total amount spent on legal costs for this school year.  The public has the right to know how that figure compares to the statewide average per pupil for legal costs.
