why Caruso should return his $46,852.68 severance pay back to the Lodi
taxpayers:
1. Caruso was not discharged or dismissed from his
job in 2014.
2. Caruso fake retired from Lodi in 2014. In 2018, he is still on the Borough payroll
as a full time employee.
3. Caruso’s
contract in 2014 doesn’t mention “severance pay” anywhere. Please read it for yourself.
