In the past, the appointment of a Board Attorney would appear as an item on the Superintendent’s report.
That means Frank Quatrone selected the firm and the Board members
rubber-stamped. That is not the role of the Superintendent.
Most Lodi Board members have no knowledge of their
responsibilities.
Lodi taxes are so out of control and so many
violations are occurring while everyone seems to be learning as they go.
