A Bayonne Board member is stepping down while her
relative is being hired. That Board member will seek to rejoin the Board after the
hiring. Sound familiar? That is what Nancy Cardone did with her niece Victoria Santos.
This is unethical and inappropriate. It’s the typical Hudson County way.
