The 2017-2018 school budget doesn’t just include funding for the $7.5M administration building. It also includes funding for rental space. This was thought out and intentional.

funding being the budget was voted on long after the Board heard the following (click
on link below):
Many residents are reaching out to me fearful that the
project will move forward after the "machine" picked up seats.
All I can say is: hold them accountable for their
campaign “pledge”. It took them forever
to say it. They realized they needed to
say it to get elected. Hold them to it.
