A baseless complaint by Debra Kwapniewski has been dismissed…

The School Ethics Commission has dismissed Ms. Kwapniewski’s baseless complaint against Board member Al Mastroflilipo Jr.  The complaint was dismissed quickly.  A hearing wasn’t even necessary.

From the SEC’s decision:

Accordingly, and granting all inferences in favor of the non-moving party (Complainant), the Commission has determined that Complainant has not alleged facts sufficient to state a claim for a violation of N.J.S.A. 18A:12-24.1(f).  Therefore, the Commission grants Respondent Mastrofilipo’s Motion to Dismiss in its entirety.

On its face, Ms. Kwapniewski’s complaint was baseless.  It was dishonest.  It was done with malice.  It was politically motivated.

How much was Ms. Oxfeld paid for filing this baseless complaint?  Will she disclose to the teachers the amount of union dues that was misspent and wasted?

Ms. Oxfeld and people like Debra Kwapniewski are not limiting their abusive behavior to only Lodi.  They are doing this throughout New Jersey.  I am sure it has made Ms. Oxfeld a very wealthy woman.

There should be an investigation into the amount Gail Oxfeld has been paid in union dues over the years for filing frivolous complaints.  Teachers have the right to know.  This money came from their pay checks.  Taxpayers have the right to know.  The money taken from teachers’ paychecks is all tax dollars.
