One month after the election, two reports appear on
ELEC for “Children First”.
One report shows an expenditure of $2,532.94 for lawn
signs.
The other report shows their campaign received $1,200 in campaign contributions (a
$600 “in kind” contribution from Paula Fiduccia and a $600 “loan” from Nancy
Cardone).
Both reports were filed on November 1st.
$1,200 doesn’t cover the cost of their lawn signs alone.
The “machine” is no longer listing its contributors. Why?
Because the “machine” engages in pay-to-play abuses.
Nancy Cardone and Paula Fiduccia never used their own money on any of their past campaigns.
Nancy Cardone and Paula Fiduccia never used their own money on any of their past campaigns.
Scorzetti, Leto, and Cardone may whine that I am
singling out their campaign and ignoring others. I am.
Other candidates use their own money, keep spending to a minimum, and
don’t engage in pay-to-play abuses.
There is a difference.
