brought many recent public notices to our meetings showing wealthy, upper
Bergen County districts paying less than Lodi for Board Attorneys. Below is a recent public notice from Demarest
showing a law firm that represents many districts charges $140/hr.

The majority of the Board and the administration have
no interest in researching the practices of other districts in order to
