Eva Grecco was the first person to inform the public
about the $7.5M scam. She attended a
meeting in September 2015. As she was walking
home, she stopped in my business and informed everyone what occurred. Everyone thought she was mistaken. It was the craziest thing anyone heard. Plus, there never was a referendum vote.
After seeing
that Lodi was about to be hit with an $8M scam (based on lies, hidden from the
public), I placed multiple OPRA requests. I researched the issue more than anyone else.
The vote was made in September 2015 but the planning occurred years
prior. Everything was put in place while
Nancy Cardone was on the Board.
Nancy
Cardone was for the $7.5M scam! She didn’t
only support it, she made it happen.
· Nancy
Cardone transferred millions of dollars from other parts of the budget into the
account for the building. She made sure
the money was in place so the public couldn’t vote on it.
· Nancy
Cardone was part of the Board that raised taxes for the building.
· Nancy
Cardone was there for the first structural report that was conducted in 2014. The report stated the building was safe and
repairs had already been completed. She
concealed this report from the public.
· Joseph
Licata wrote a letter to the editor on behalf of the Board. Licata
claimed the engineer report stated the building was NOT structurally sound. Nancy Cardone knew this was a lie and said
nothing.
· Nancy
Cardone managed the campaigns of every Board member that voted to demolish the
building.
Donald
Scorzetti was for the building and would have voted for it if elected last
November.
· Donald
Scorzetti refused to sign a pledge against the building when he ran last
November.
· Donald
Scorzetti refused to discuss the building.
He didn’t even comment on the building when Susan Clark interviewed him
for her article about the 10 candidates.
· Donald
Scorzetti’s two running mates Dominic Miller and Nick Vara voted for the $7.5M
scam over and over again. Donald
Scorzetti ran with them after they voted for the scam. Nancy Cardone managed their campaign.
Joe
Leto never spoke out against the building.
· He
never attended a meeting when the public tried to fight the scam.
· He
never attended a meeting period.
· He
never expressed any opposition to the project.
· He
is running with Nancy Cardone who was a driving force behind the scam.
I OPRA-ed all the
documents. I researched everything. You can search this blog for 2015. I know who was for the scam and who wasn’t. Nancy
Cardone and Donald Scorzetti were for the scam. Leto was nowhere to be seen.
I worked really hard
exposing the scam and working to stop it.
Candidates Al Mastrofilipo and Jeff Telep worked really hard to stop the scam. The people of Lodi need to remember that on election day.
