last year either when it appeared as item #25.
From the 2016 auditor’s report:
Patrick Licata has been referred to as a “Supervisor”. He has been referred to as the “Department
Head” for “Building and Grounds”.
His salary is that of a department head. But he also receives a real lot of overtime
and double time pay.
I had submitted an OPRA request for Patrick Licata’s
current contract. This is what I
received:
Patrick Licata’s salary is not in line with this labor
contract. Is he a "department head" or "supervisor"? Is he a "Groundskeeper" or "Maintenance Worker 2"? What did Patty arrange for her son? The public has the right to know.
